节能式水力碎浆机具有碎浆柔和,废纸中的塑料,箔片及热熔胶等杂质不易被过分碎解,从转筒末端排出,减少其后筛选取的负荷,对系统规模大和废纸中杂质含量较多时选用有较大优势,同时运行能耗低,每吨浆只消耗15-20KW能源,维修成本低,被广泛应用于旧报纸和杂志纸改造新闻纸、混合纸及OCC改造低档纸板,全化学浆纸改造卫生纸,液体包装纸,未经分选的废纸生产商品浆等废纸碎浆系统。
Energy-saving hydrapulper has the advantages of soft pulping, impurities in waste paper, such as plastics, foil and hot melt adhesives, are not easily broken down, can be discharged from the end of the drum and reducing the load of screening. It is suitable for large scale system and more impurities in waste paper. At the same time, the operation energy consumption is low, and only 15-20 KW energy is consumed per ton of pulp. And the maintenance cost is low. It is widely used in  waste paper pulping systems, such as old newspaper and magazine paper reforming newsprint, mixed paper and OCC reforming low-grade cardboard, chemical pulp paper reforming toilet paper, liquid packaging paper, unsorted waste paper producing commodity pulp.

  进入转鼓的第一部分为高浓纤维疏解区,在纤维疏解区之后,原料进入第二级处理——筛选区,在这部分转鼓表面被加工成多孔状,在这一区浆料被稀释到3-4浓度,稀释水来自安装在转鼓上部的喷水管,稀释水在筛顶部从外向里穿过筛板喷入,这样可将堵塞孔的纤维反冲回鼓内。筛选区可有效地分离纤维与杂质,转鼓筛允许使用杂质含量很高的废纸,而不影响良浆质量。

 良浆收集在转鼓筛下面的底部带搅拌的浆槽里,仅有像砂子一样小的杂质可穿过转鼓,而这种杂质很容易在后面的净化系统中被除去。
The first part of the drum is the high concentration fibre release area. After the fibre release area, the raw material enters the second stage treatment-screening zone, where the surface of the drum is processed into porous shape. In this area, the pulp is diluted to 3-4 concentration. The diluted water comes from the spray pipe installed on the upper part of the drum, and the diluted water is sprayed inside through the sieve plate at the top of the screen. So that the clogged holes can be pushed back into the drum. Screening area can effectively separate fibers and impurities. Rotary drum sieve allows the use of waste paper with high impurity content without affecting the quality of pulp.
 
The fine pulp is collected in a stirred pulp tank at the bottom of the drum sieve. Only small impurities like sand can pass through the drum, which can be easily removed in the subsequent purification system.
